Laboratory Colloid Mill- Bench model is especially designed for production of regular road grade bitumen emulsions and polymer modified and industrial grades that do not require production above boiling point for water.

Wet Track Abrasion Tester is used to check the aggregate retention properties of a cured microsurfacing surface when submerged under water. The testing is done by forming a circular sample plate of microsurfacing mix in desired thickness, curing it under temperature for a certain time, placing this cured sample plate under abrasive rubber spindle, filling the tray with water and subject the sample plate to abrasive circular rubbing for a certain time, drying the sample plate and find the difference in weight of this plate before and after test.

The storage stability test for bitumen emulsion assesses its ability to remain uniformly dispersed during storage. 
Settlement (storage stability) tests generally involve storing the emulsion in a cylinder, then comparing the solids content of the upper and lower layers.

 Gyratory type shaker is driven by FHP motor through a reduction gear suitable to carry up to 9 sieves of 20 cm diameter. When clamped the sieve table does not rotate but it is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction of inclination changes progressively in the clockwise direction. In addition to the gyratory motion of the shaker, there is an upward and downward movement ensuring that each square inch of the sieve is utilized. The whole mechanism runs in an oil bath. A time switch from 0-60 minutes is provided. An ideal equipment for normal day to day laboratory purpose, suitable for 9 Test Sieve (Soundless, Vibration type). Fitted with F.H.P Electric Motor
